The New Tretyakov Gallery is currently presenting a series of films in connection with its exhibition ‘Variety. Unity. European Contemporary Art. Berlin. Moscow. Paris’.
“Toma” (2021)
The selection is based on critically acclaimed European film as well as national box office ‘hits’, representing European cinema in the early 21st century. The programme includes ‘The Happiest Day in the Life of Olli Mäki’ by Juho Kuosmanen, ‘Pain and Glory’ by Pedro Almodóvar and ‘Toma’ by Dragan Bjelogrlić, closing on 13 March with the Russian film ‘It’s hard to be a God’ by Aleksei German.
